Charges begin the day your pet is left in our care. Weekday checkout time is 11:00am to avoid another days charge.

We have a no flea or tick policy. Any pets found with either will be treated with Advantage or Frontline for a charge.

In the event you choose to pick up your pet early there will be a full days charge for all days reserved.
